It shows the current status of your fleet and provides all useful data, in real time, on the vehicles and operator’s driving condition.
The new simple and intuitive dashboard shows any useful information about the status of your fleet (heatmaps, working hours, location, battery usage, shocks, alarms and the route travelled by the vehicles) to measure the vehicle efficiency and productivity.
HEATMAPS SECTION
The Heatmaps function allows monitoring the near-misses, or missed accidents, during the hours of use.
Areas are coloured green, yellow or red depending on what is detected by the safety devices mounted on the vehicles (Anti-Collision, Radar, KiwiEye), resulting in a map with a clear display of the risk areas.
BATTERY SECTION
Overall battery monitoring
A calendar in the battery section displays the alert on a daily basis.
For example:
- Low acid level
- Abnormal charge
- Voltage out of standard
- High temperature
For each battery, you can display any useful information in a single screen:
- related vehicle
- charging level
- temperature
- voltage
- complete/partial charge
- hours of charge/use
- overall condition
WORK AREA
Management of business areas for each client
You are aware of the location, status and activities of the vehicles in real time and configure the work areas.
The area configuration is completely customisable; it is possible, in fact, to draw a work area of any shape and size on the map, outside of which the vehicle can be slowed down.
CHECKLIST SECTION
Safety question for the proper use of the vehicles
Before starting the work shift, fill in the checklists to use the vehicles in complete safety.
The history case with all operators’ answers saved provides a complete framework for the vehicles’ operation.
The questions may be customised according to the client’s needs.
In the checklist section you can display its status (completed, not completed) and all questions in detail.
The manager can display the operator’s answers and, if necessary, send a maintenance call or release the vehicle.
